B2B E-Commerce Account Coordinator

Location: W. Michigan

The B2B E-Commerce Account Coordinator supports the growth of MillerKnoll’s B2B e-commerce business by helping drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and support sales and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, B2B E-Commerce Sales, this role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional interested in building a career in sales, marketing, digital commerce, or business development. The successful candidate will be highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and eager to learn, with the ability to support customer-facing activities, manage reporting and insights, and bring fresh ideas that help the business grow.

Essential Functions

  • Support the Senior Manager, B2B E-Commerce Sales in managing and growing the B2B e-commerce pipeline.
  • Assist with prospecting, lead qualification, customer outreach, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate sales activities and help transition prospects into active accounts.
  • Participate in customer, dealer, and internal stakeholder meetings as a polished, professional representative of the business.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM and sales management tools.
  • Develop and maintain sales, pipeline, onboarding, and account performance reporting.
  • Analyze business trends and customer performance to identify actionable growth opportunities.
  • Support sales enablement, dealer enablement, marketing programs, presentations, customer success stories, and other initiatives that increase awareness and adoption of B2B e-commerce solutions.
  • Assist with other responsibilities as needed for the role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Internship, co-op, or work experience in sales, marketing, business analytics, customer service, digital commerce, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset and professional presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM, reporting, analytics, dashboard, or presentation tools preferred.
  • Strong organization, project management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take initiative and grow within the organization.
