ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains a comprehensive master list of all deployed and stocked devices.

  • Guarantees sufficient stock of devices to fulfill the operational requirements of the business, proactively addressing stock levels to meet demand.

  • Ensures that all devices are maintained in optimal condition and are operating with the latest firmware updates to maximize functionality and security.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing the overarching strategy for device replacement and the systematic phasing out of outdated equipment, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal operational impact.

DOES

  • Oversees raw materials/supplies planning and forecasting, general device operations, and service level commitments

  • Develop overall strategy roadmap for device operations including establishing a business continuity program

  • Monitors strategy implementation to ensure initiatives and project are rolled out as planned 

  • Oversees materials warehousing ensuring inventory is secure and conducts regular reviews and site visits to mitigate losses 

  • Regularly reviews & evaluates vendor performance as agreed and documented in vendor contracts

  • Makes the necessary recommendations according to the company’s changing requirements

  • Handle escalations related to device operations (e.g. kitting, delivery, stock replenishments, etc.)

  • Manages correspondences related to device operations

  • Optimizes team and staff performances through regular coaching sessions

  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product, Governance, etc)

  • Drives continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency and uphold performance excellence to achieve KPIs

  • Drives continuous improvements in both internal and external stakeholders

  • Develops solutions to address any current and/or potential governance findings

DISPLAYS

  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain vendor relations 

  • Operations and process excellence background

  • Ability to plan, implement and monitor processes in operations for process improvement

  • Good understanding of technology systems and multi system dependencies

  • Strong Project Management

DELIVERS

  • Regular Coaching with the sessions with the inorganic staff

  • Handle escalations related to Inventory and Delivery requests.

  • Develop Process improvement to enhance the quality of service and turnaround time

  • Develop a process on how to improve the card production

  • Update contract for cards re: pricelock and ensure SLAs of suppliers are met ( Card Vendor, Courier , Collaterals and Sims )
