Rules Cube is an official Pegasystems partner with deep expertise in building enterprise applications using PEGA. We are looking for a highly skilled Azure System Administrator with experience in Pega to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microsoft Azure administration, with a specific focus on deploying, managing, and maintaining Pega platforms in a cloud environment. The role requires technical expertise in Azure infrastructure, automation, security, and Pega application management.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain Azure cloud environments, including virtual networks, storage, VMs, monitoring tools, and automation solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain Pega PRPC environments in Azure. Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of Pega applications.
Regularly monitor Azure infrastructure and Pega application performance. Optimize resources and ensure efficient system operations through proactive maintenance.
Provide tier-3 support for any Pega-related and Azure infrastructure issues. Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Implement and manage Azure security policies, identity management (Azure AD), and governance. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Leverage PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates to automate deployments and infrastructure changes.
Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions for both Azure and Pega environments.
Work closely with the DevOps, Pega development, and architecture teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Document all system configurations, procedures, and workflows.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Cloud Administrator, with Azure cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (installation, configuration, and administration).
Proficiency in Azure cloud infrastructure including Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Storage Accounts, and Azure Security Center.
Understanding of Pega application architecture and deployment processes.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Basic knowledge of SQL Server administration and tuning in Pega environments.
