Manager, EDI Services at a glance
As an IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing regional EDI/B2B operations and driving key integration projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to deliver seamless solutions aligned with global standards. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure the reliability of critical systems, while your focus on team development will support ongoing operational excellence and innovation.

- Oversee daily EDI/B2B operations, ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, and security.
- Manage and develop a team of IT professionals and contractors, fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on technical solutions, and prioritize business demands.
- Lead the delivery of regional EDI/B2B projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Administer regional service contracts, including vendor negotiations, procurement processes, and renewals.
- Coordinate closely with regional IT Capability Leads to ensure alignment with business needs and resource allocation.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$97,400.00 - $121,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
