Pre-Sales Application Support:

  • Justify customer or market requirements, and convert them to practical Engineering Special Request (ESR) criteria or Engineering Change Request (ECR) Criteria.
  • Contribute to Engineering road map based on VOC and technical experience
  • Gather intelligence on markets, competitors and customers and provide analysis and advice to management.
Responsible Regions:

70% Time for China Project. 30% Time for RoA Project

Education and Experience Requirements
  • College or Bachelor Degree with Automation Control / Mechanical Automation or related major.
  • 3+ years experience in similar customer technical support role for capital equipment in Electronics, SMT and Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry.
  • Preferred to have working experience in SPI, AOI or AXI, such as Viscom, Omron, Koh Young, ASM, SAKI, MVP.
  • Working experience in MNC is preferred.

Skills Required
