- Investigate incidents, capacity issues, vulnerabilities, and performance problems.
- Maintain runbooks, diagrams, standards, and change records; collaborate across engineering and operations.
- Experience Required: typically 8+ years in a related professional role; exact threshold must match the approved requisition.
- Practical experience with the role-specific technology stack: AWS IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, managed services, CloudWatch, automation, and cloud security.
- Professional experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or systems operations relevant to the role.
- Hands-on knowledge of the named cloud, operating-system, container, or automation technologies.
- Understanding of networking, identity, security, monitoring, and availability fundamentals.
