Job Description

As an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a member of
infrastructure/devops teams that produce high quality infrastructure code at
various customers.
You are a good fit if:

• You are an experienced AWS infrastructure engineer with enthusiasm to grow in multiple aspects of AWS products and services.
• Infrastructure as Code comes first for you.
• You follow new technologies and best practices created by AWS and its community.
• You seek continuous improvement on all aspects of your daily work.
• You actively contribute discussions, code reviews, evaluations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Administrative and troubleshooting skills in Linux systems
• Experience in infrastructure development and workload deployment in AWS
• Active use of Infrastructure as Code tools (terraform, ansible, cloudformation..) together with CI/CD systems (gitlab, jenkins, github …)
• Good understanding of network protocols, HTTP traffic management and authentication mechanisms (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, OpenID, OAUTH, SAML)
• Comfortable working closely with product owners using kanban, scrum methodologies, user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English

• Deployment and management of kubernetes flavors
• Experience with other public cloud providers
• Programming (python, golang …)
• Automated testing strategies of infrastructure and solutions
• GitOps tools
• Working understanding of microservice designs, API management
• Service meshes
• EFK stack
• Kubernetes operators
• Storage systems (Ceph, portworx ...)
• DevSecOps concepts and practices, supply chain security
• Hardening and security of kubernetes
• Kubernetes multi-cluster management
