A Delivery Manager (DM) is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Eastwall staff engaged with clients across multiple projects and serves as the single point-of-contact for client and project leadership. This is a mid-level (depending on experience) role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to craft compelling use cases that drive business value and translate use cases into detailed requirements and specifications. 
  • Turn business requirements into application features and capabilities, mapping use cases to granular team tasks and producing detailed project work plans. 
  • Facilitatea team of engineers, architects, solution architects, and principal consultants to deliver successful deployments and project outcomes. 
  • Work across internal teams to make necessary trade-offs between short-term customer deliverables and long-term customer product roadmaps items. 
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, remove obstacles, track& address risks before they become issues and manage expectations.
  • Quantify and track value metrics that can be realized from Eastwall solutions and overall project success criteria (profitability, burndown, customer satisfaction) in Eastwall’s internal project management Harvest tooling.
  • Advise executive customer stakeholders on future use case roadmaps and drive customer success and adoption with a focus on customer retention and expansion. 
  • Tune or alter output deliverables to ensure projects within Eastwall’s portfolio maintain high-fidelity documentation & presentations. 
  • Work with Sales, Finance, and Principal Consultants to coordinate the delivery of projects with Microsoft funding requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with customers to build trusted relationships. 

Required Experience

  • 1-3 Years in a fast-paced Systems Integrator, Consulting, or Cloud-focused technology organization 
  • Experience leading customer engagements with substantial exposure and end-to-end ownership of activities, especially engagements involving application development, cloud implementations, and cross-disciplinary department coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree or previous college education is preferred, but not required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word from a consultative perspective 
  • High degree of emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong customer orientation with a drive to build intimacy with users and their organizations’ needs. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Expectations

  • New hires in this role will complete the following certifications within the first twelve weeks of hire: Microsoft Exam AZ-900 and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals 
  • This is a billable (utilized) client-facing consulting role that holds an expected 100% utilization target weekly. 
  • This role can be expected to travel within the continental United States up to 20%, at times monthly.
