Global Mortgage Solutions business is a leading mortgage provider to Ultra High & High Net Worth Global Private Bank clients servicing our global clients for their residential mortgages needs secured by properties in the US, UK, and French markets. The Global Mortgage Solutions team includes a large team of Mortgage Specialists in multiple global locations who work with clients and bankers to guide them in their home lending financing needs and a global mortgage product team managing the products that enable our business. 


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Joint ownership with senior Mortgage Specialists in advising and delivering residential real estate solutions for JP Morgan Private Bank Clients
  • Daily proactive management of loan origination process, including: liaising with clients, coordinating with key internal partners, third parties (attorneys, title companies, CPAs, etc); submission of mortgage applications, completing pricing analyses, and coordinating all steps needed for an efficient and timely closing of each deal.
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to client and internal inquiries 
  • Assist with the underwriting development process, including identifying thorough financial packages for underwriting purposes, proactively identifying and solutioning potential underwriting issues, and detailed credit risk analysis.
  • Ensuring client needs and expectations are consistently met and/or exceeded
  • Respond to data quality questions and research/resolve all issues

 

Following on-the-job training:

  • Identify and structure mortgage loan opportunities during conversations with clients, Bankers and/or other integrated team members
  • Analyze client balance sheets and cash flow to formulate a mortgage solution that meets the client's needs and is consistent with the firm's risk parameters
  • Coordinate the application, origination and closing process end-to-end, including receipt of all necessary documentation from clients and/or Bankers
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for our clients and internal partners
  • Partner with senior Mortgage Specialists to market and promote JP Morgan’s mortgage solutions platform to JP Morgan banking partners, clients, prospects, and third-party centers of influence
