Regional Nurse Manager supervises nursing staff, oversees clinical care and regulatory compliance across correctional client sites, manages staffing and payroll, conducts training and quality improvement activities, supports inspections and incident drills, and serves as liaison among leadership, clients, and staff. The role requires maintaining nursing licensure, CPR/BLS and NCCHC CCHP certifications, providing 24/7 operational support, and traveling between assigned sites.

Provides on-site and on-call medical care at correctional facilities, including assessments, examinations, prescribing, order sign-off, record review, patient referrals, and coordination with facility staff. The physician must remain on-site until patients requiring care are seen and provide backup coverage as needed.

The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, variance analysis, GAAP compliance, internal controls, accounting process improvements, support for AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets, annual report filing assistance, and mentoring a staff accountant. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday, in-office role in Franklin, Tennessee.
