Manages staffing, payroll, onboarding, training, coaching, evaluations, quality improvement, inspections, incident documentation, and site visits. Collaborates with medical, behavioral health, talent acquisition, leadership, clients, and staff. Provides 24/7 operational support, maintains required licensure and certifications, and travels between assigned sites.

Manages full-cycle recruiting from application through onboarding, including candidate screening, licensure verification, sourcing, interviews, job postings, pipeline management, and hiring-manager coordination. Develops recruitment strategies, attends hiring events, monitors applicant flow and advertising budgets, supports compensation discussions, ensures employment-law compliance, and trains hiring managers. The role is full-time and fully in-office, with occasional travel.

The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, variance analysis, GAAP compliance, internal controls, accounting process improvements, support for AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets, annual report filing assistance, and mentoring a staff accountant. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday, in-office role in Franklin, Tennessee.

The Controller will build and lead the organization’s accounting and financial control infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing financial close, GAAP-compliant statements, consolidations, general ledger operations, cash flow, treasury, tax compliance, internal controls, audit preparation, reporting, and accounting systems optimization. The role advises senior leadership, oversees risk management and insurance programs, coordinates regulatory filings, and partners with other departments on strategic financial initiatives.
