Why This Role Is Valuable
The Revantage Treasury and Debt Capital Markets team is a key contributor supporting financing and cash activities under Blackstone Real Estate. Integrated directly with the Blackstone Debt Capital Markets team and portfolio companies, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of analytical, origination, assumption and reporting activities relating to Blackstone's loan facilities and cash forecasting
This position is based out of Dallas, TX
How You Add Value:

  • Support team members in the origination and execution of debt financing transactions
  • Analyze financial data and perform financial modeling to support transaction structuring
  • Assist in preparation of presentations to senior leaders across Blackstone playing a key role in providing data for business decisions to be made
  • Coordinate and organize the collection of diligence materials across the Blackstone ecosystem for lenders during loan closing
  • Lead loan closing process ensuring timelines are hit to close deal
  • Address lender inquiries
  • Familiarity with reviewing loan agreements
  • Review and oversee portfolio and single asset investment cash forecasts
  • Oversee reporting process relating to debt and cash
  • Support administration and completeness of information in debt management system
  • Review fund reporting metrics and play a key role in understanding process and performance across all asset classes


What You Bring To The Role
Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related area
  • 5-7 years in investment banking, capital markets with exposure to debt financing transactions
  • Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Business principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and spreadsheet skills
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail
  • Sound judgment in dealing with lender relations and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, team player, and have ability to handle multiple projects at once
