The Role

This position is fundamentally responsible for the physical flow of supplies from end-to-end, demand-to-deliver (entire fulfillment cycle, receiving, delivery, re-order, consumption management, product management) in such a way that enables efficient (lowest clinical labor cost) and effective (high quality, high reliability) patient care. This position will be held accountable to an array of critical performance measures that include dock to stock cycle time, inventory demand capture, inventory accuracy, receipt cycle time and accuracy, work in process (WIP) queue management, staff productivity, caregiver engagement and retention, storage capacity management, stock out reporting/follow up, surplus reporting/follow up, intercompany transfer cycle time, cycle count program development, standardization and effectiveness, physical operating footprint standardization/quality, caregiver engagement and budget performance.
