    • Build out and maintain internal knowledge database of LMS functions/practices and drive the importance of documenting standard operating procedures

    • Build and manage Velocify-based workflows, including automated lead routing, prioritization rules, and scoring models that match leads with the right mortgage professionals.

    • Continually test and enhance the Velocify instance, ensuring flexibility and agility in response to evolving business requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on lead management objectives and ensure seamless data flows across systems.

    • Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, articulating the impact of changes on overall business goals.

  • Integration & Vendor Management:

    • Manage relationships with external technology and lead sourcing partners, ensuring smooth integrations, optimal vendor performance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

    • Lead the integration of third-party dialing services and other lead generation tools into existing workflows, creating automated, self-sufficient solutions that enhance reporting transparency and efficiency.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Develop regular reporting cadences to measure progress on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, contact efficiency, and ROI by provider, business unit, and user level.

    • Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements backed by data-driven insights.

  • SalesForce (Sales/Marketing Cloud) experience a plus.

  • Familiarity with contact center telephony practices, principles, integrations, and platforms (specifically Genesys Cloud and Avaya)

  • 4+ years of experience leading a team of analysts or other technical staff

  • Proven track record in lead management, including experience designing and refining end-to-end lead flows.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of product management, sales operations, or related experience within financial services, mortgage lending, or a similarly regulated industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with IT, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

We’re Challengers of Convention
Challenging the status quo is in our DNA. We’re ditching the old ways and reimagining what homeownership should look like in the era of smart phones, Mars missions, and avocado toast.

We’re Champions for Our Customers
Giving homeowners the best experience possible is the reason we come to work. We believe in honesty, simplicity, and always having our customer’s back.

We’re Cheerleaders for Our Team
Transforming an industry takes a world-class team. Ours is over 9,000 Coopers strong. Creating a place where they love to work isn’t just an HR goal — it’s part of Mr. Cooper's mission.

We’re here to keep the dream of homeownership alive. That means throwing out the old ways and revolutionizing the way people sell, buy and own their homes using the latest technology and good old fashioned customer service.

At Mr. Cooper Mortgage we see a world where homeownership is less worrisome and more rewarding, where having a mortgage is no longer a burden but an opportunity, where homeowners feel 100% in control of their finances and future.
