Context/Scope:
The HR Operations team is engaged in the administration of a broad range of HR activities associated with the employment cycle. The team acts as the first point of contact for queries from managers and staff across the market and also provides a comprehensive administrative support service to the human resources team, supporting projects undertaken within the human resources department. The AVP – HR Operations will lead the provision of a high-quality and adaptable HR service, coordinating workflow and ensuring that the operations team is effectively motivated in the continuous improvement of all HR Operations

Partners with market stakeholders, First Point Leadership team, Global Process Delivery teams, internal customers, and external customers to lead operations across assigned markets and ensure consistent service delivery
Leadership Responsibilities
Leads, mentors, and develops HR Co-ordinators and HR Assistants to ensure excellent performance, continuous development, and strong team capability.

To lead a high-quality HR Operations function by ensuring accurate, timely, and customer-focused service delivery while driving process improvement, simplification, and operational excellence across the team
Top 3-5 Accountabilities
Lead the team to ensure delivery of an excellent and accurate HR operations service to customers.
Lead a culture of innovation by championing AI-enabled ways of working, encouraging constructive challenge, and creating a psychologically safe environment where teams continuously simplify, transform, and improve HR services while delivering measurable business value.
Act as a role model for HR Co-Ordinator and HR Assistants, mentoring and developing team members to ensure excellent performance and realization of their potential.
Supervise the delivery of HR Operations, leading workflow to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely provision of services to all customers within the HR department and across the business.
Develop and evaluate team performance with a view to identifying ways of improving performance levels.
Facilitate the development of standard operating procedures and service standards, and assess them to ensure high-quality, consistent HR service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience required
12–16 years of experience in HR Operations,
People management experience in HR Operations
Working knowledge of HR information systems and reporting tools is essential, and prior experience with Workday, SNOW, EIC, or SAP HR applications is desirable.
Strong proficiency in English
Proven problem-solving skills.
Good Planning, Service mentality, influencing, persuasion, and conflict management skills.
Good interpersonal and administrative skills.
Ability to communicate with a variety of customers.
Ability to prioritise work effectively.
Can work effectively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
