SUMMARY:
This intermediate position requires contribution to the growth and maintenance of the South Region’s portfolio of Executive Liability clients. There is accountability for cultivating relationships with in-house clients and colleagues, external clients and prospects, underwriters, carrier product leaders, etc. Team Member is required to develop and consistently execute on a comprehensive service proposition for clients with a primary focus on insurer and client relationships. Team member is expected to drive execution of a s cross-sell strategy for Executive Liability insurance products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for team execution of Executive Liability Value Proposition.
- Develop meaningful and collaborative relationships with colleagues, internal clients and leaders as well as external clients, partners, insurers and service providers.
- Contribute to strong sales culture.
- Development and constant improvement of client relationships.
- Effectively market Executive Liability coverages to our current book of retail clients and to work with HUB producers to cultivate new customers.
- Effectively develop relationships with current HUB Commercial Lines service leaders and producers to become their resource for all things Executive Liability.
- Evaluate and identify potential gaps in coverage ensuring that all HUB clients have appropriate coverage.
- Prepare comprehensive submissions and submit to carriers for quotation.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of the insurance contracts with the carriers.
- Develop a creative and customized insurance program to protect the insured.
- Maintain new business growth via production goals.
- Mitigate HUB’s Errors & Omissions by following Best Practices and Practice procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5-10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Results-driven mindset
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions that contribute to long-lasting relationships.
- Travel to agent and client locations as required (some overnight stays)
- Must maintain a valid P&C insurance license
- Ability to collaborate and identify operational, new business and technology opportunities
- Hybrid role with preferred office locations in: North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida
