Description du poste : Nous recherchons des Avitailleur Aéroportuaire H/F Nous recherchons des ravitailleurs d'aviation pour rejoindre notre équipe chez World Kinect.
Les principales responsabilités incluent :
Porter l’ensemble des EPI obligatoires
Avitailler des avions conformément aux procédures de sécurité de WS AVIATION SEVICES SAS et de ses clients
Adopter le comportement d’un ouvrier de stockage de dépôt, un chargeur, un livreur en clientèle, un conducteur
De prendre en compte le dépôt à l’ouverture et compléter la documentation
De faire les contrôles de qualité, la purge citerne camion et filtre sous pression du camion. 6. Les purges sous pression sur l’installation fixe du dépôt ( filtre chargement et filtre de réception )
De compléter les documents annexes
De parer à tout épandage / perte de produit et utiliser les moyens adaptés
De contrôler le dépôt et les véhicules selon les processus en vigueur (journaliers, hebdomadaires et des D P, mensuels et millipore, trimestriels et annuels etc…)
De veiller au bon état du matériel qui lui est confié
De prendre en compte le programme des vols / demandes des compagnies aériennes et assurer l’avitaillement selon les procédures en vigueur avec les contrôles qualité.
De savoir se déplacer sur l’aéroport et connaitre l’emplacement des parkings, la destination du vol, immatriculation et les diffèrent types d’avions
D’être sensible au diffèrent type de carburant (jet A1, AVGAS, F34, F44, etc…) et les types de pleins (avec accrocheur ou pistolet) + compléter document demande de carburant
emplir le document de livraison (bon de livraison) et / ou saisir les informations dans le système d’exploitation en vigueur
De réceptionner les camions de livraison (Bridgers, GP), contrôler les documents, contrôler la qualité du produit et remplir tous documents annexes.
S’assurer du maintien et du respect de la Santé et de la Sécurité à tout moment en incluant les politiques internes et la philosophie du zéro accident.
Etablir les bons de livraisons et documents annexes (rapport journalier des quantités délivrées, tenue de stock, répartitions du carburant sur chaque réservoir) et effectuer les encaissements relatifs
Reporter à son supérieur tout incident ou non-respect des procédures et/ou évènement HSSE et produire les rapports éventuels nécessaires
Assurer l’entretien et le nettoyage des différents véhicules/camions du parc (ex : lavage intérieur et extérieur), et des installations fixes et reporter toute anomalie
Faire le plein en carburant des différents véhicules et matériel de la société

Connaissances, Compétences et expériences requises pour le poste :
Posséder le permis CE en cours de validité et Autorisation de conduite (permis T) et apte à conduire l’ensemble des véhicules du parc, mis à disposition
Être titulaire titre d accès aéroport
Formation avitailleur interne et/ou client / Formation sûreté aéroportuaire
Posséder le certificat ADR (Spécialisation pétrolière / spécialisation citerne)
Expérience en avitaillement d’avion
Disposition au travail selon un planning mouvant, poste en horaires tournants et horaires de nuit éventuels et/ou astreintes et au travail en équipe
Bonne compréhension de documents tels que règles de sécurité et manuels de procédures
Aptitude à une expression orale efficace (équipages / collègues / autorités / clients)

Under the authority of the Installation Manager, or any other authority that may be substituted for him/her, the Fueling Operator's mission is to carry out operations involving the handling of aviation products, the fuelling of aircraft, the driving of vehicles, quality controls, the maintenance of equipment and related administrative tasks and in compliance with instructions and regulations, to carry out the reception of fuel at the depot, the unloading of tanker trucks, the administrative management of the depot for these related tasks, the maintenance of the equipment and the related administrative tasks in compliance with the instructions and regulations, to carry out the reception of fuel at the depot, the unloading of the tanker trucks, the administrative management of the depot for these related tasks, to carry out the controls / gauging, in the time frame and within the deadlines set.
Main tasks as a tanker :
1. Wear all mandatory PPE
2. To refuel aircraft in accordance with WS AVIATION SEVICES SAS and its customers' safety procedures
3. Adopt the behaviour of a warehouse worker, a loader, a customer delivery person, a driver
4. To take into account the deposit at opening and complete the documentation
5. Carry out quality controls, truck tank purge and truck pressure filter.
6. Pressure purges on the fixed installation of the depot (loading and receiving filter)
7. To complete the accompanying documents
8. Prevent any spillage/loss of product and use appropriate means
9. Controlling the depot and the vehicles according to the processes in force (daily, weekly and D P, monthly and mileage, quarterly and annual etc.)
10. To ensure the good condition of the equipment entrusted to him/her
11. To take into account the flight schedule/airline requests and ensure bunkering according to the procedures in force with quality controls.
12. To know how to get around the airport and to know the location of the car parks, the destination of the flight, registration and the different types of aircraft
13. Be aware of the different fuel types (jet A1, AVGAS, F34, F44, etc...) and the types of filling (with hook or gun) + complete fuel request document
14. Filling in the delivery document (delivery note) and / or entering the information into the system operating procedures in force
15. Receiving the delivery trucks (Bridgers, GP), checking the documents, checking the quality of the product and filling in all related documents.
16. Ensure that Health and Safety is maintained and respected at all times including internal policies and the zero accident philosophy.
17. Drawing up delivery notes and related documents (daily report on quantities delivered, stock keeping, fuel distribution to each tank) and collecting the related payments
18. Report any incidents or non-compliance with HSSE procedures and/or events to his/her superior and produce any necessary reports
19. Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the various vehicles/trucks in the fleet (e.g. interior and exterior washing), and of the fixed installations and report any anomalies
20. Filling up the company's various vehicles and equipment with fuel This job description includes the main tasks and is therefore neither restrictive nor exhaustive.
This job description is also evolving according to new technologies and methods linked to the evolution of the sector and the company. Knowledge, skills and experience required for the position:
Possess a valid EC driving licence and a driving licence (T licence) and be able to drive all the vehicles in the fleet, provided - Be an airport pass holder
In-house and/or customer tanker training / Airport security training - ADR certificate (petroleum specialisation / tanker specialisation)
Experience in aircraft refuelling
Willingness to work flexible hours, rotating shifts and possible night shifts and/or on-call duty and teamwork
Good understanding of documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
Ability to speak effectively (crews / colleagues / authorities / customers)
