Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory 3–7 years of experience of delivering solutions a Business Analyst on Avaloq core platform.
- Well-rounded overall experience of 10+ years as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Avaloq Core Banking modules, parameterization, and customization.
- Hands‑on experience with Avaloq scripting, data structures, and workflows (preferred).
- Good knowledge of banking operations such as Accounts, Payments, Securities, Corporate Actions, Wealth Management, Finance and Credit etc.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integration concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with cross‑functional teams.
- Certification in Avaloq (ACCP) will be an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Avaloq Core Banking solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Avaloq customization.
- Work with Avaloq developers to design, configure, and implement system changes.
- Perform parameterization, testing, and validation of Avaloq modules.
- Conduct end-to-end impact analyses and propose optimal solutions aligned with system capabilities.
- Prepare and execute test cases, SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues raised by stakeholders/users.
- Support release management, deployment activities, and post‑production checks.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation including BRDs, FSDs, user guides, workflow diagrams, and test reports.
