Your Contribution to Barrett's:
- Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
- Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Status updates in Project Management Software at all times.
- Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness

Skills Required
- Experience as a Project Manager on construction sites (AV/LV experience a plus)

- Must be able to work in-person in McHenry, IL (projects also in Lake Geneva, Lombard, Greater Chicago); Mon-Fri schedule 7:30am-5:00pm
