Manage on-site AV projects from planning through final implementation. Serve as primary client and trades contact, read and mark up plans, schedule resources, control budgets and hours, issue work orders, create change orders, ensure quality to SOW, and maintain status updates in project management software.

- Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Status updates in Project Management Software at all times.
- Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness
