Job Description· Ability to design and engineer complete AV systems
· Ability to lead design and coordination discussions for AV system installations.
· Ability to create AV system design drawings in AutoCAD/Visio. Ability to create Architectural plans for Audio visual systems and modify architects drawings to incorporate AV systems.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new AV technologies
· Work with client and architectural/ MEP design teams
· Create equipment list for estimating based on functional needs of client. Create rough-order-of-magnitude budget summaries.
· Provide project managers and technical staff with technical support on projects with AV system designs
· Provide details used for assembly and installation of audio, video, and control systems
· Follow projects through installation to final acceptance and commissioning
