PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO: Asegurar las condiciones de aseo de Los equipos de la compañía, acordes a la normatividad de calidad para dar cumplimiento a los estándares de inocuidad exigidos por los aerolínea y clientes institucionales.
- Verificar con el supervisor el plan de trabajo a realizar diariamente VPS
- Recibir los trolleys provenientes de desabordo
- Realizar el descomide y selección de residuos.
- Realizar el lavado loza, cristalería, cubertería, bandejas. Trolleys y contenedores y otros de equipos provenientes de aerolínea.
- Alistar equipo limpio para entregarlo en producción.
- De acuerdo a la aerolínea que lo solicite, se bene llevar inventario
b. Usar adecuadamente los productos químicos y la maquinaria asignados para la limpieza
d. Implementar las normas establecidas para mantener la inocuidad de los alimentos, la salud y seguridad laboral y el medio ambiente.
e. Informar las situaciones que puedan afectar la inocuidad de los alimentos, la salud y seguridad de las personas o el medio ambiente.

Skills Required
- Follow daily work plan provided by supervisor
- Receive and handle trolleys and equipment from aircraft
- Sort and dispose of waste correctly
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, trays, trolleys and containers
- Prepare and stage clean equipment for production
- Proper use of cleaning chemicals and assigned machinery
- Implement and comply with food safety, occupational health & safety and environmental rules
- Report situations that may affect food safety, people's safety, or the environment
- Perform inventory when requested by specific airline
