Job Description
Job Summary:
Technology Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Automation and Workflow Applications to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and support of automation and workflow applications globally. This role requires close collaboration with the North America team on project intake, design, build, and deployments, as well as working with business stakeholders in the BCOG office to expand the project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the automation and workflow applications team, including direct supervision of the Senior Analyst.
· Align and collaborate with the North America team to ensure seamless project intake, design, build, and deployment processes.
· Create solution designs (“To-be” state diagrams) and document in Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
· Build automation within project constraints, communicating risks/issues to the project manager.
· Ensure seamless User Interface (UI) integration and cohesive user journeys on all deployments.
· Conduct unit and integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and participate in deployments.
· Review automation solutions developed by other team members to ensure they meet the established program standards.
· Support and maintain automation and workflow applications globally, ensuring high availability and performance.
· Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and workflow applications and add them to the project pipeline.
· Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Automation and Workflow Applications on pipeline, project/support status, team performance, and key metrics.
· Stay current with emerging technologies and look for opportunities to embed AI to build efficiencies and improve processes.
· Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and optimization of automation and workflow applications.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and workflow management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
· 9+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years with UiPath and 2+ years with low-code tools (e.g., PowerApps, Unqork)
· Preferred Certification: UiPath RPA Developer Certification and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
· Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
· Strong design thinking to conceptualize business processes as automated solutions or applications
· Manage multiple competing priorities, work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
· Committed to mentoring and supporting team development
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
