- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- 6 years of Information Technology experience with Automation testing
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of McLean, VA or be willing to relocate to the area
- Strong understanding of Mortgage or Finance domain
- Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Experience in JUnit /TestNG frameworks
- Experience in Automation tools like – Selenium and Cucumber
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Solid experience in API testing and Proficient in Java
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience writing bug reports with defect tracking software like JIRA
- Experience in testing web-based applications and Data
