Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester Lead to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure software quality. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Create automated test scripts using languages like Python, Java, or C, and develop frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Execution & Reporting: Conduct automated tests across various platforms, report defects, and troubleshoot test failures.
Collaboration: Work with QA engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure test coverage and alignment with requirements.
Maintenance: Refactor existing test scripts, continuously improve automation frameworks, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8-12 years of experience in automation testing.
Experience with Web testing, Automation, TestCafe, Robot, Cypress, POM design pattern.
Experience with Type Script for Cypress and Python script with Robot Framework
Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with automation tools like Selenium or Appium.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud testing, DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages.
