The Ericsson Wallet Platform is a product which enables our customers to provide mobile financial services. Customers are operators and banks, both of whom have very high expectations on the level of security which this financial solution provides and the way the solution is operated, integrated, and customized.

Are you our new colleague in MFS Operations? We need one more driving person who is passionate at achieving results by teamwork in our rapidly growing business.
The profile we are looking for is a customer minded colleague, with a strong background in solution delivery, support, and operations.
You will work in all phases of the life cycle including patching, upgrade, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
What you will do:
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in automation technologies and frameworks• Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions (RPA, test automation, or process automation)• Evaluate and recommend tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Selenium, Cypress, etc but not limited to or strictly above.• Lead automation strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of automation solutions• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues• Maintain documentation, frameworks, and reusable components• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation initiatives
The skills you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field• 6+ years of experience in automation (RPA, QA automation, or DevOps automation) in Kubernetes environment.• Knowledge of AI/ML-based automation or intelligent automation• Strong expertise in one or more tools:
o RPA: UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
o QA Automation: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright• Programming knowledge in Python, Shell, or Ansible• Experience with API automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools• Understanding of Alarm and Monitoring Life Cycle Management and respective tools like Grafana, Prometheus etc.• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Good knowledge with cloud platform AWS
