About the Position:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance & Operations team as an Automation & Process Optimization. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and control reliability through automation and process improvements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to simplify complex workflows and reduce manual effort..
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to support finance and operational processes.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, manual activities, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into structured, scalable, and well-documented automation logic.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data or process discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Support internal reporting, audits, and compliance activities by maintaining accurate documentation, SOPs, and control logic.
- Monitor and maintain existing automation to ensure reliability and ongoing effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proactively proposing and implementing solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis or special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in automation, data operations, finance operations, reconciliation, audit, or process improvement roles.
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining automation solutions using at least one of the following: Google Apps Script, Python, or SQL
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to data accuracy and validation.
- Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume datasets.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
