Job Description
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers and field engineers, resolving Laboratory Information System (LIS) issues across the entire QO product portfolio.
- Facilitate seamless middle ware integration for customers working closely with customer IT department and LIS vendor.
- Address and resolve complex network connectivity challenges between customer LIS and Analyzers / middle ware to ensure uninterrupted laboratory workflows.
- Deploy software patches during the integration of Analyzers or middle ware systems to meet specific client requirements and hardware configurations.
- Partner with Sales, Service, Field Application Specialists (FAS), and Automation teams to lead high-level IT consultations and technical discussions with customers & key stakeholders.
- Leverage LIS data to design and maintain sophisticated dashboards and visual reports—utilizing SQL, Power BI, or specialized laboratory software.
- Creating digital tools/platforms for internal and external customers
- Ensure all Value-Added Services and custom software plugins adhere to rigorous international medical data privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards.
Required Skills
- 5+ Years of Experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems/Hospital Information System.
- Proficiency in ASTM/ASTM-IP/HL7 Protocols.
- Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewall configurations.
- Proficiency in SQL/Sea shark/Mirth interface software
Qualification
- BTech/BE in Computer Science /IT or any related Subjects
Skills Required
