Job DescriptionWhat will you do:
Automation Development: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using a variety of programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, and frameworks such as Springboot and React.
Database Management: Proficiently manage databases including MongoDB and SQL Server. Implement database automation processes for backup, recovery, and data manipulation tasks.
API Integration: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration between various systems and applications. Ensure compatibility and adherence to industry standards.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve automation-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted support services.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Support, Development, and Operations to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve system performance.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes, scripts, and configurations. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the support infrastructure. Implement enhancements and optimizations to increase efficiency and productivity.
What makes you qualified?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, and related frameworks such as Springboot and React.
Strong understanding of database management systems including MongoDB and SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
