Roles & Responsibilities:
? Have excellent understanding and implementation skills of PLC, DCS, DAS, SCADA, HMI and ICS along
? To support roll out of Plant Automation solutions for a Green Field project.
? Installation and Configuration of Application Software for DCS.
? Coordinate with System integrator to ensure proper design review and development of codes.
? Deployment of automation software solutions.
? Coordinate with equipment OEM for site executions on Integration.
? Coordinate with CFT/Project team ensure design intent for project objective Roll-out.
? Arrive at the IT/OT infra and Software BOM requirements
? Coordinate with Site Execution team for effective Rollouts
? Support on Project Life cycle documentations.
? Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans
and troubleshooting guides for newly established automated equipment/processes
Skills Requirement
? Should have adequate knowledge and experience in Industrial Control Systems, Factory Automation,
OT systems
with knowledge of standards around ISA 95 & ISA S88
? Has worked on integration of PLC based OEM System with DCS
? Programming knowledge of RA Factory Talk platform & Siemens Simatic Platform
? Experience in developing user requirements and Functional Specification documents for Automation
projects.
? Must have knowledge of CSV validation systems and ability to support design validation protocols.
? Experience in Project Management
? Ability to coordinate with vendors and site executions teams
? Technically inclined, strong problem-solving skills, hands-on individual
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Experience:
? Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or
similar field
? 3-5 Years of Experience in Automation
? Experience working in Pharma Industry will be an added Advantage.
