What you’ll do
- Build and lead the automation domain as the first Automation Engineer at eyesAtop
- Design and implement automation infrastructure and test frameworks for our multi-drone platform
- Work closely with Product, drone operators and R&D to identify critical user flows and testing needs
- Develop automated tests for complex software-hardware integrations
- Integrate with existing simulators and create reliable testing environments without requiring physical drone flights
- Drive automation strategy, tooling decisions and testing best practices across the company
- 5+ years of experience in Automation, Integration, QA Automation or a related field
- Experience building automation infrastructure and frameworks from scratch
- Experience testing hardware-software integrated systems
- Familiarity with Java
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives end-to-end
Nice to Have
- Experience as a technical lead or sole automation engineer
- Experience with drones, robotics, simulators, or real-time systems
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing pipelines
Skills Required
