Integrate drones, sensors, payloads and third-party software into a fleet management platform. Lead end-to-end PCB development including architecture, component selection, schematic, PCB layout, bring-up, debugging, validation, and production transfer. Act as technical focal point across digital, mixed-signal, RF, and power domains, conduct design reviews, mentor teammates, and collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineers. Expand into embedded software and RF system-level work as needed.

Lead and scale manufacturing and supply chain operations: manage procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier relationships, and production processes. Partner with R&D and operations to drive planning, execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Design and own UI/UX across web, mobile, and command-and-control systems. Translate complex, mission-critical workflows into intuitive interfaces, maintain a Figma-based design system, collaborate with Product and R&D, and drive designs from concept through implementation with a user-centered focus.

Manage corporate IT infrastructure and security: administer SaaS access and MFA, onboard/offboard employees, provision and harden devices, maintain MDM, manage networking (firewalls, WiFi, VLANs, VPN), support remote access, troubleshoot systems, manage hardware inventory, and support compliance and audits.

Build and operate edge infrastructure connecting development to field deployment: CI/CD, secure device provisioning and updates, fleet management, networking, observability, and hardware integration for drones and embedded platforms. Improve security, monitoring, and automation while working hands-on with Linux devices, media pipelines, and field teams to move systems from development into operational deployments.

Own end-to-end financial operations including monthly close, internal controls, multi-entity consolidation, inventory accounting, budgeting and cash flow, payroll coordination, AP/AR management, and pricing/cost analysis while streamlining workflows.

Develop, implement, and optimize flight control and guidance algorithms for autonomous drones. Own lifecycle from design and simulation to flight testing, tuning, deployment, and production support while leading flight-control decisions and collaborating with software, hardware, and systems engineers.

Develop and deploy vision-based perception for autonomous aerial systems: object detection, SLAM, 3D scene understanding, multi-agent world modeling, sensor fusion, and real-world flight validation. Collaborate with systems, flight control, and operations to move algorithms from simulation to production.

Lead and build the automation domain: design and implement automation infrastructure and test frameworks for multi-drone software-hardware integrations, integrate simulators to enable flight-free testing, develop automated tests, and drive company-wide automation strategy.
