Review of processes and automation programming.
Troubleshooting communication issues between equipment.
PLC programming and configuration.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of control systems.
Participation in new projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluation of alternatives for replacing obsolete equipment.
Maintenance and support of UMS and SCADA systems.
Supervision of work teams and coordination with technical resources.
Management of equipment purchases.
Preparation of cost estimates for projects and improvements.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in industrial automation systems.
Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Ability to supervise personnel and demonstrate technical leadership.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective decision-making abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Controls
- 2-3 years of experience in industrial automation systems
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems
