Kroll is seeking an AI & Automation developer based in India. This role will drive enterprise-wide efficiency by advancing Kroll’s automation and AI capabilities, working closely with the AI Enablement Team.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can translate complex business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions, lead large teams, and continuously evolve Kroll’s automation capabilities through innovation, emerging technologies, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
- Support enhancement and bug fixing of existing automation solutions.
- Assist in building Power Apps integrations where required.
- Configure connectors, APIs, and data integrations across systems.
UiPath to Power Automate Migration Support
- Analyze existing UiPath bots and document workflows.
- Rebuild and test automations in Power Automate under supervision.
- Perform functional and regression testing during migration.
- Assist in documenting migration activities and technical specifications.
AI-Enabled Automation
- Support implementation of AI Builder, document processing, and basic AI integrations.
- Assist in integrating APIs (e.g., OCR, NLP, ML models) into workflows.
- Participate in testing and validating AI-based automation outputs.
Testing & Documentation
- Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT activities.
- Maintain version control and follow established development standards.
- Log issues, track defects, and support production deployments.
Operational Support
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide L1/L2 support for deployed automations.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in RPA or workflow automation.
- Basic hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Automate (preferred) or UiPath
- API integrations (REST basics)
- Excel automation, file handling, email automation
- Understanding of automation lifecycle (PDD, SDD, UAT, deployment).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL fundamentals).
- Familiarity with JSON, data formats, and connectors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to both UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of AI Builder or basic AI/ML concepts.
- Microsoft Power Platform or UiPath certification (Foundation level).
- Experience with version control tools (Git/Azure DevOps).
Basic knowledge of Power Apps and Dataverse.
