As part of the ongoing investment in our Employee Technology Services (ETS) function, we are hiring a Senior EUC Automation Engineer to drive automation engineering - tightly coupled with AI - across our end-user computing estate.

  • M365 automation: Automating identity, mailbox, and collaboration workflows through Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell.
  • Endpoint health automation: Building Nexthink-to-ServiceNow PowerShell remediations that detect and resolve endpoint issues without ticket creation.
  • Cross-cutting: Embedding security, monitoring, and automated testing into every deployment pipeline; maintaining documentation aligned to ETS engineering standards.
  • The unifying theme: every responsibility is judged on measurable automation outcomes — ticket deflection, cost efficiency, and reduction in manual operational toil

About You:
You're a fit for the role of Senior Endpoints Automation Engineer, if you have the following required qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years in end-user computing engineering, with a clear track record of automation delivery at enterprise scale.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation, remediation, and Microsoft Graph API integration — the non-negotiable.
  • Hands-on production experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or comparable solutions such as Citrix.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major endpoint management platform — Intune or Jamf.
  • Working experience automating M365 services through Microsoft Graph API.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting and workflow integration.
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security controls (RBAC, MFA, conditional access).
  • Strong communication skills for working across IT teams, stakeholders, and end-user groups
  • Exposure to several of the following: Intune, Jamf, Nexthink, Azure Automation Runbooks, Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, CI/CD tooling.
  • Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-140, MD-102, or Jamf Certified Admin.
