Job Description:
An exciting internship opportunity at the intersection of technology and operations
Support automation and AI-driven improvements across production support functions
Gain hands-on experience turning real business challenges into practical, efficient solutions
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in identifying process re-engineering and automation opportunities to improve productivity and accuracy
Work closely with operational teams to understand their pain points and help develop innovative solutions using automation and AI
Participate in creating proof of concepts and piloting new ideas within business operations
Support the management of concurrent projects, helping to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver projects that meet their requirements
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and internal controls throughout all stages of project delivery
Provide user and operational support during implementation of new systems or major changes to existing systems
Apply programming knowledge to help build prototypes and test solutions
Participate in complex problem solving, contributing creative and resourceful thinking
Required Qualifications, and Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of programming languages with a keen interest in building and testing solutions
Curious and creative mindset with an eagerness to explore automation and AI technologies
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
A proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys tackling new challenges
