We are seeking a skilled Automation and Integration Engineer to join our team in Manila or Cebu.

As an Automation and Integration Engineer at Guesty, you’ll design, build, and maintain internal and external automations, connecting critical business systems and processes to improve efficiency and drive growth. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of systems, helping Guesty scale effectively.
You will play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and enabling teams to work smarter across the organization.
Work Model: This role is open in Manila and Cebu. Work model details will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Proven Experience: You have hands-on experience designing, building, and managing system integrations and automation workflows.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript for building custom scripts and APIs.
- Proficiency with automation/Low-code platforms like n8n or Make.
- Deep understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL) and webhooks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
- Experience with relational databases and data manipulation is a plus.
- A Problem Solver: You can break down complex business requirements into clear, technical solutions.
- Excellent Communicator: You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Independent and Proactive: You take initiative, can work with minimal supervision, and are driven to improve processes.
- Team-Oriented: You work well in a collaborative environment and are eager to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
