About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Automated Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Engineer will take ownership of Performance monitoring and creation of trouble tickets within the agreed response time and maintaining the network level KPI as per the customer requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Basis knowledge of Telco Network operations.
- Primary responsibility is to Monitor the KPI & Alarms for the multivendor RAN nodes system.
- To oversee end to end Networks performance and maintain the acceptable level of network quality of service as per business objectives and a set of predefined network Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain a certain agreed level of Network performance, availability, reliability, integrity and usability by monitoring, analysing and reporting predefined Key Performance indicators (KPIs), measures and customer feedback.
- Good Performance management (RAN KPI) knowledge.
- Strong RCA & troubleshooting Skills.
- Creation of TT through tools within the agreed Response time.
- Strong RCA & troubleshooting Skills.
- Develop and submit network quality and performance periodical, events and upon request reports to management, dashboard, and others.
- End-to-end service quality for the whole network including 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Radio Access Network.
- Maintain certain quality of service aligned with the business objectives and customer expectations by setting, monitoring, and analysing a set of service/ customer quality KPIs.
- To assist in monitoring, isolating, and resolving problems related to network quality, service degradation and capacity issues for Interconnections and forecasting.
- To ensure for the planning, design, installation, configuration, and control of the monitoring subsystem is specified by an appropriately defined Monitoring Process.
- Control/advice on monitoring of customer complaints as per standard defined metrics to minimize customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction.
- Formulation of procedures and work instructions related to the performance sections.
- Perform any other related duties as required and advised by the higher management.

Key Qualification:
