Auto Blend Operator

Shift: This role is 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $28.45 an hour

As a Blending Operator with Conagra Brands - Menomonie, you will make our famous Swiss Miss cocoa! Blending Operators are members of our Dairy group and report to our Dairy Manager. This position is based at our Menomonie, WI manufacturing location.

You Will:

• Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. Ensure no Safety incidents to Self or Others

• Operate blending system to produce daily scheduled production, within quality specifications and operating standards

• Perform pre-blend and manual blending

• Transfer rework and whey to blending tower

• Drive forklift. Follow safety guidelines. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

• Record production data on a daily basis

• Understand all equipment located within multiple floors of blending tower

• Proficiently enter data in SAP

• Support the wet wash process of all equipment in the area, including sock and filter change

• Participate in plant wide CPS initiatives

• Regular, reliable attendance is necessary

• Adhere to direction set by Crew Coordinators

• Responsible for Food Safety and Quality

• Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.

• Manual lifting

• Climb multiple flights of steps

• Write legibly

• Add and subtract accurately in filling out reports

• Quickly react to changing blending conditions
