Für unseren Standort in Kerpen suchen wir ab sofort Sie als Schichtführer Produktion Automotive (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die Produktion von hochwertigen Erzeugnissen nach Zielvorgaben (qualitativ und quantitativ)
Überwachung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Produktionsprozesse
Rüsten der Arbeitsplätze
Behebung von Störungen an Anlagen
Durchführung und Dokumentation von täglichen Prozessaudits sowie Berichterstattung an die Produktionsleitung
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltvorschriften, sowie der Betriebsordnung
Verantwortlich für die OEE (Dokumentation, Einleitung und Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Nicht-Zielerreichung)
Mitarbeit bei allen internen SQTKM-Themen (Sicherheit, Qualität, Termin, Kosten, Mitarbeit)
Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
Problemlösung (A3, 5-Why, etc.)
Führung von Mitarbeitern im laufenden Schichtbetrieb, einschließlich Führung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Urlaubsplanung, etc.
Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Logistik, Instandhaltung etc.
Wissen und Ausbildung
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Meister oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker in einem einschlägigen Fachgebiet oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den oben beschriebenen Aufgaben wünschenswert, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke

Skills Required
- Completed qualification as Meister or state-certified technician (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Several years of professional experience in production/supervisory tasks
- Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing company
- Willingness to work 3-shift schedule
- Ability to monitor and optimize production processes and document OEE
- Ability to troubleshoot and remedy equipment/machine faults
- Conducting and documenting daily process audits and reporting to production management
- Teamwork, strong organizational and communication skills
- Fair and effective employee leadership including personnel conversations and vacation planning
- Problem-solving skills (A3, 5-Why or similar methodologies)
- Onboarding and training new employees
- Awareness of and responsibility for occupational health, safety and environmental regulations
