AUDIT AND FINANCE EXECUTIVE (CA INTER)

We are looking for a motivated Audit & Finance Executive (CA Inter) to join our team. The role involves handling accounting finalisation, financial reporting, internal audit assignments, SOP development, and process documentation for clients.

The position requires extensive travel across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, including outstation deputation. Candidates should be comfortable working independently at client locations and staying at project locations for continuous periods of 2–3 months when required.

• Finalise accounts and prepare financial statements for clients.
  

• Execute internal audit assignments, including on-site audit fieldwork.
  

• Review financial records, processes, controls, and supporting documentation.
  

• Identify process gaps and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
  

• Prepare and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows.
  

• Assist in accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities.
  

• Work with Tally or equivalent ERP/accounting software.
  

• Coordinate with client teams and independently handle assigned audit activities.
  

• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and supporting documentation.
  

• Assist with GST and TDS compliance-related activities, where required.
  

• Travel to client locations across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
  

• Stay at client/project locations for extended periods of 2–3 months based on business requirements.
  

• CA Intermediate qualification; candidates who have cleared both groups will be preferred.
  

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, including CA articleship.
  

• Good understanding of accounting and financial statements.
  

• Practical exposure to finalisation of accounts.
  

• Hands-on exposure to internal audit and audit fieldwork.
  

• Working knowledge of Tally or any equivalent ERP/accounting software.
  

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  

• Good communication and client-handling skills.
  

• Strong willingness to travel extensively and work from client locations.
  

• Comfortable with prolonged outstation assignments and project-based deputation.
  

• Exposure to GST and TDS compliance.
  

• Experience in SOP preparation and process documentation.
  

• Valid driving licence.
  

• Prior experience working at client/project locations.
  

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong accounting and audit fundamentals with a willingness to work hands-on at client locations. Candidates should be adaptable, disciplined, comfortable with travel, and capable of independently managing audit and finance assignments.
