Audit Analyst - Fee Integrity GroupAbout your role:
As an Audit Analyst on the Fee Integrity Group, you will support billing reviews and audit activities for Bank of America (BANA) accounts to help ensure merchant billing is accurate and aligned to contract terms. You will partner with Sales, Implementations, Relationship Managers, Account Managers, BANA partners, and internal Fiserv teams to review pricing, apply billing updates, and validate account setup. Your work helps maintain billing accuracy, support service levels, and reduce fee integrity issues.
What you'll do:
- Review merchant contracts and apply billing updates so rates, fees, tiers, and billing frequency are accurately reflected in Fiserv systems
- Support contract renewals by validating pricing changes before implementation and confirming billing setup aligns with approved contract terms
- Create and maintain Rate & Fee Intake Workbooks to support audit reviews, documentation, and follow-up validation
- Review and implement tiered pricing updates using established procedures and pricing guidelines
- Create and update Global Fee Tables (GFTs) in accordance with billing requirements and documented pricing standards
- Use pricing tools, Merchant Manager, DSS reports, and related documentation to validate that merchant accounts are configured correctly after changes are made
- Review and complete requests submitted by BANA, including adding entitlements, applying fee blocks or updates, correcting data integrity issues, updating billing frequency, completing MAPS reviews, and creating or updating GFTs
- Communicate status, questions, issues, and process improvement opportunities with Fiserv leadership and BANA partners
Experience you'll need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in merchant processing, billing, pricing operations, audit support, or a related financial services environment
- 3+ years of experience reviewing contract terms and applying billing, pricing, or fee updates in business systems with a high degree of accuracy
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data review and validation, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, or similar functions
- Experience using Merchant Manager, DSS reporting, MSA, or similar billing, reporting, and account maintenance tools
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- Experience supporting billing updates tied to contract renewals and pricing changes
- Experience working with Fiserv billing platforms, including North, South, and/or Memphis
- Experience with audit, reconciliation, fee validation, or merchant fee structure analysis
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
