As part of our commitment to innovation and medical education, we’re looking for a skilled Audiovisual Specialist to help us capture, produce, and share high-quality content that informs, educates, and inspires.You’ll be working at the intersection of creativity, technology, and medical science—helping translate complex procedures and innovations into compelling visual formats.
As an Audiovisual Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the full cycle of video and audio production within a highly specialized medical environment. This includes live broadcasting, on-site recording of surgical procedures and product demonstrations, editing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content for internal training, external communication, and scientific dissemination.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Produce and live-stream medical events, conferences, and presentations
- Record surgeries, device demonstrations, and educational sessions, both in-house and at clinical locations
- Edit video content for training, product launches, and corporate communication, maintaining high visual and educational standards
- Manage audiovisual equipment (cameras, audio gear, lighting, streaming systems) and ensure proper maintenance
- Organize and archive audiovisual materials, ensuring easy retrieval and version control
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Training, Medical Affairs) to understand content needs and develop custom audiovisual solutions
- Ensure all work complies with medical confidentiality and safety protocols
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in audiovisual production, preferably in healthcare, scientific, or technical environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential for content production and collaboration with international teams
- Strong command of audiovisual tools and software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- OBS Studio, vMix or similar for live streaming
- Adobe Audition or similar (audio editing)
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus)
- Familiarity with DSLR and PTZ cameras, professional lighting, microphones, and video capture devices
- Ability to operate in clinical settings (hospitals, ORs), understanding of basic surgical protocols (a strong plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication
