IAA, Inc. is seeking a Auction Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities include:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities from Dealers, Local financial institutions, Local auto rental companies, county and city municipalities and Towing/Transportation Companies
- Monitor market trends from used car sales reports and whole car results and communicate findings to management
- Minimum of 50 documented face to face sales calls completed per week
- Setup new accounts thru contract admin from phone and road calls
- Manage and update buyer recruitment log on weekly basis
- Manage projects and marketing materials for sales calls on a weekly basis
- Submit weekly expense reports for reimbursement
- Attend & participate in local Dealers Association including meetings & functions
- Overall ownership of the Vehicle Remarketing Division program for designated markets
- Settlement related issues
This is a Remote Working location!
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Automotive, insurance and/or rental car industry experience a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years outside sales experience Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong presentation and relationship building skills
- Time management skills
- Outgoing attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and clean appearance
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous Auction experience
- Wholesale auction background
- BA/BS preferred
