Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remarketing Auction Coordinator II. This role is essential in managing the internal operations involved in the remarketing of Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) and Stellantis-owned vehicles at auctions across the United States. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in remarketing and auction management, with a strong ability to oversee vehicle inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the remarketing process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of vehicle inventory slated for remarketing, ensuring timely and accurate tracking and reporting.

· Assist Remarketing Auction Coordinators with addressing complex problems, and providing timely resolutions to ensure operational continuity.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with Stellantis policies, procedures, and industry best practices throughout the remarketing process.

· Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to ensure seamless collaboration within the team.

· Analyze auction results, generate insights, and provide regular performance reports to management on vehicle performance and sales outcomes.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or logistical issues during the remarketing process to maintain smooth operations.

· Ensure all vehicles are properly documented in internal systems, including condition reports, auction-related paperwork, and financial data entry.

· Regularly assess and make process improvement recommendations to optimize remarketing efficiency and profitability.

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with auction partners, ensuring consistent communication and operational excellence.

· Stay current on industry trends, vehicle market conditions, and new technologies that may improve remarketing strategies.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

· Two (2) years minimum of experience in vehicle remarketing or auction management in the automotive industry.

Education:

· High school diploma, or/GED required.

Skills Required:

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and auction platforms.

· Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.

· Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Strong written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration.

· Ability to work independently and effectively while prioritizing tasks efficiently.

· Effective at analyzing information/situations, apply common sense understanding, and identify alternative solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner.

· Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of market and competition.

· Display a teamwork spirit in a growing team and organization.

· Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.

· Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.

· Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX.

Qualifications Preferred:

· Bachelors, or four (4) year college degree is preferred.

· Understanding Remarketing principles and practices is a plus!

Work Schedule: This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
