Contract Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support the management,
administration, and coordination of contracts, particularly within the Australian business
environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Ensure contracts are properly executed, recorded, and maintained.
• Monitor contract terms, key dates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding contract
matters.
• Assist with variations, amendments, extensions, and contract updates.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
• Support invoicing, purchase orders, and other contract-related administrative processes.
• Identify potential contractual issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Ensure processes and documentation comply with company policies and applicable
Australian requirements.
• Provide general administrative support related to contract management.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience working as a Contract Administrator in Australia.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience handling contracts, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and internal
teams.
• Experience in construction, property, engineering, or other contract-driven industries is
an advantage.
