The Role
Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking an Associate or Counsel level Attorney - Privacy and Data Security to join their office in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will have four to ten + years of experience in all aspects of data security, including but not limited to:
This is a client focused firm with a highly regarded Privacy and Data Services practice and an excellent reputation including numerous Chambers rankings.
The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $123,000 – $155,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
The firm offers a work/life balance and a progressive bonus structure.

- Indemnification and insurance claims
- Potential litigation related to data breaches
- Transactional due diligence concerning privacy and data security
