Descriptif des missions proposées
Dans le cadre des activités du contrôle de gestion des directions Corporate (Finance - Ressources Humaines - Flight Safety - Corporate Secretary - CEO – Digital - Communication), vous participerez aux activités de suivi budgétaire mensuel, à l'élaboration des budgets prévisionnels des directions et aux différentes analyses.
Vous serez encadré(e ) au quotidien afin de monter en compétence.
Vous devrez aussi être autonome dans l’exécution de ses tâches et force de propositions : vos missions :
- Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles en lien avec le service comptable.
- Aider à la production mensuelle du tableau de bord financier des Directions Corporate ainsi que de toute analyse financière spécifique fournissant les éléments pour la prise de décision.
- Participer à l’élaboration du Plan opérationnel sur 5 ans et aux différents Forecasts trimestriels + analyse des écarts P&L/Cash.
- Suivre les Investissements (CAPEX).
Cette apprentissage est fait pour vous:
- Connaissances en comptabilité (idéalement titulaire d’un BTS Comptabilité)
- Connaissance de SAP, BW (appétence pour les systèmes d’information en général càd orienté(e) « système »)
- Expérience acquise : contrats d’alternance antérieur ou stage vivement appréciés
- Maîtrise Excel (TCD, formules de calculs imbriqués…)
- Anglais : bon niveau
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles (poste à large spectre nécessitant de nombreuses interactions avec différentes population de l’entreprise)
- Capacité à suivre différents sujets en parallèle
- Rigueur et autonomie
- Curiosité, réelle volonté d’apprendre donc besoin d’une personne qui veuille s’investir.
- Savoir faire preuve de force de proposition

Detailed description of the mission
As part of the Controlling department and dedicated to the Corporate Directorate (Finance - Human Resources - Flight Safety - Corporate Secretary - CEO – Digital - Communication), you will participate in the monthly budget monitoring activities, the preparation of forecast budgets for the directorates and various analyses.
you will be supervised daily in order to improve his skills.
you will also have the opportunity to be autonomous in the execution of tasks and proactive: your mission:
• Participate in monthly and annual accounting closures.
• Assist in the monthly production of the Corporate Management Financial Dashboard and any specific financial analysis providing the elements for decision making.
• Participate in the development of the 5-year Operational Plan and the various Quarterly Forecasts + P&L/Cash variance analysis.
• Monitoring Investments (CAPEX).
This apprenticeship is designed for you
• Accounting knowledge (ideally BTS Accounting)
• Knowledge of SAP, BW (interest in information systems in general => “system” oriented)
• Previous Experience : prior apprenticeship contracts or internships greatly appreciated
• Excel skills (TCD, nested calculation formulas, etc.)
• English: good level
PERSONAL SKILLS
• Strong interpersonal skills (broad-spectrum role requiring multiple interactions with different company populations)
• Ability to deal with different topics in parallel
• Rigor and autonomy
• Curiosity, real willingness to learn, so need someone who wants to get involved.
