Doit aussi avoir fait preuve d’une expérience (normalement de 5 ans) dans des responsabilités en gestion et en leadership et d’une progression de carrière; ou exceptionnellement, sous réserve de l’approbation du directeur ou de la directrice du programme, doit avoir une formation en gestion ou une formation professionnelle substantielle. Doit aussi avoir fait preuve d’expérience (normalement de 10 ans) dans des responsabilités en gestion et en leadership et d’une progression de carrière.

Skills Required

  • MBA or master's degree directly related to the course field; doctorate preferred.
  • Recent professional experience related to sustainable finance or the course subject.
  • Alternatively, a Canadian bachelor's degree or international equivalent plus a professional designation such as CPA, CFA, PMI, CMC, CRHA, or CHE, with management training or substantial professional training.
  • Normally five years of management and leadership experience with career progression.
  • Exceptionally, with program director approval, substantial management training or professional training and normally ten years of management and leadership experience with career progression.
  • French-language competence sufficient to teach the course in French.
