Job Description:
ATM Cash Reconciliation, dispute handling and captured cards handling
Responsibilities:
ATM Cash Reconciliation Oversight [Maker]
- Supervise end-to-end reconciliation processes for ATM cash transactions.
- Tracking ATM reconciliation processes /cash remaining and transactions, verifying that daily records align with the physical cash managed by CIT companies.
Discrepancy Identification and Resolution [Maker]
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, Report/investigate/follow-up with CIT providers, banks, and internal teams to determine the root causes.
- Document and report findings related to any cash variance issues, implementing preventative measures and corrective actions as required.
Client Reporting and Detailed Documentation [Maker]
- Prepare, review, and distribute detailed reconciliation and variance reports for client banks, highlighting findings and summarizing discrepancies.
- Supervise reconciliation activities, investigations, and resolutions, ensuring that client banks have been updated with required data.
Reconcile the client banks payments made through the vendors (VISA or MasterCard) against the actual amounts dispensed through the ATMs.
Responsible for reconciling the ATM transactions (withdrawal, cash deposits and Forex)
Handle ATM transactions disputes with the client bank within the set time frames.
Ensure compliance with Bank customer SLA’s and maintain maximum ATM claim & investigation response time frames
Reporting cash shortage resulted from the reconciled ATM to CIT Companies.
Performs other related duties as requested by the company.
