Job Description:
Prepare CBE reports to banks.
Updating stock check and closing balance for each bank.
Prepare additional plan items on file and upload it on MTS to CIT.
Send the closing balance of the day before to banks.
Entering the cash request denominations on MTS.
Prepare daily report of cash requests to some banks to get approvals.
Making the replenishment and returns report to some banks.
Open tickets to collect cash deposits.
Responding to all inquiries emailed whether internally or externally.
Responding to all Jira’s whether internally or externally.
Updating ATM balance sheet.
Supporting to create needed ATMs refill orders for some banks.
Follow CITs to confirm refilling planned ATMs orders.
Prepare next day’s refilling plan sheet and upload it on MTS module.
Responsibilities:
- Review ATMs refilled
- Handling replenishment for all E2E participants.
- Monitor ATMs cash positions to act refilling on time without reaching out of cash.
- Review CIT invoices (Penalties)
Performs other related duties as requested by the company.
Request cash needs per required denominations from E2E clients to perform cash filling process
Confirm that CITs proceed cash filling orders on required time.
- Confirm that CITs pickup cash requests from E2E participants.
Supporting to create needed ATMs refill orders for some banks.
Follow CITs to confirm refilling planned ATMs orders
Experience/ Skills Required
Min Education level accepted
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited and recognized University
Language:
Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.

0+ years’ experience in related functions, within multinational Companies’.
Experience in ATMs reconciliation and monitoring
Experienced in Visa and MC products such as authorizations, settlement
High degree of analytical abilities and problem solving skills

Able to set departmental budget and forecast required funds for the coming period
Solid knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Macros
